Greenpois0n Released!
We reported yesterday on limera1n and the greenpois0n delay, but greenpois0n has been released today. It only works for Windows and Linux at the moment, but the Chronic Dev Team is working on the Mac version. Also only newer devices are supported now, such as the iPhone 4, iPhone 3G S, iPod touch 4th Gen, iPod touch 3rd Gen, and the iPad. The Chronics are working on adding support for iPod touch 2nd Gen and the new Apple TV, as said on their blog. It is unknown if the jailbreak will work on MC model devices.
Visit http://greenpois0n.com for the download and enjoy!

iOS 4.1 Jailbreak!
Well I haven't posted in a while, mainly because, well, I just haven't. So here's a post, happy?
Anyway, then, here is some news have on an iOS 4.1 jailbreak. As you know, iOS 4.1 brought Game Center, TV Show Rentals, and Ping, Apple's social network for music. Many jailbreakers haven't updated yet because they want to keep their jailbreak (including me). Well, here is some good news for all of us: greenpois0n, the program used for jailbreaking 4.1, will be out soon. On top of that, the exploit, called SHAtter, is a bootrom exploit, which means that Apple can't patch it with a firmware update, which will probably cause Apple to release an MC model of the new iPod touch 4G, like they did with the 2G. I am excited, and can't wait to be able to use Game Center AND be jailbroken.
